Common questions

FAQ

How much does AI training cost in London?
A 90-minute team intro workshop is £500. A half-day deep dive is £1,200. A full-day or multi-session programme for a team is £2,500–£4,000 depending on size. Charity-rate pricing available. The free Camden pilot drop-ins are subsidised.
Who is the training for?
Designed for non-technical staff. We tailor every session to your team’s actual work — marketing, operations, fundraising, customer service. Engineers and technical teams have plenty of resources; this is for everyone else.
In-person or online?
Both. London-based clients usually choose in-person at their office. Remote teams or smaller groups prefer online. Hybrid sessions are also possible.
What tools do you cover?
Whichever your team will actually use — typically ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, Canva AI, and one or two domain-specific tools. We don’t teach tools you won’t adopt.
Do you provide an AI policy?
Yes — a one-page AI use policy for your organisation, drafted to UK GDPR standards. Particularly useful for charities and regulated businesses.
